adding buttons

This is my adding a scene .All it has changed from the adding a scene is now when you scroll over the buttons it changes color.This game will be so cool. It has took so long to develop but it was very easy.

Adding a scene!!!

I added my information scene to the very first scene. All they have to do is click the help button. I haven't got it where when you click the go back button it go back to the begining screen. I think after I'm done with all of my game it will be awesome!!! My game will be hard but fun!!!

The Big idea

      My game topic is about homeless animals in shelters and arithmetic sequence.  I want my players to learn about homeless animals in shelters and arithmetic sequence. I hope it works out very good...

Making Decisions as a Team: How did your individual ideas from "Imagining Your Game" come together for your team game topic? How did your team decide the topic?

I am actually the only person on my team. Deciding what I do was very easy. My ideas came together really easy.

     Research: What kind of research went into the way you will express the game topic?

 I am still the only person in my group so I do everything. I work very good with myself…  The research I had to do was looking up things on the internet, in books, and I look at other games to help me with my game, but I don’t take anything exactly from that game.

     The User Experience: Explain the game play. What actions does the player take in the game? Has this changed since you first started planning your game? Why?

  The actions the player takes in this game is being an animal running from a human (dog catcher) and if you get caught you have to go to a shelter and answer arithmetic sequence questions to get out. Then if you win you get to play a bonus!!!

 It has not changed since I first started planning my game.

  Mastering Flash: What Flash resources have been most helpful in your learning so far, and why? How did you locate these resources?

 The most helpful resource in flash would have to be all the videos in my learning so far. My teacher showed me where I could locate these things.

     Overcoming Challenges: What curriculum topic has been most difficult for you so far? How did you overcome this difficulty?

       The most challenging curriculum topic would have to be coming up with all the

        scenes and where to put them. I overcame this by asking with my teacher, my 

        family, and my friends what I should do.  

My Thanksgiving

    My Thanksgiving involed my whole family and all my friends!!!!!!! We went hunting. We didn't kill any deer though. My dad said it was just tough luck. even know I normaly kill at least one every Thanksgiving. Even though I didn't kill any thing it was still awesome!!!
    We also had alot to eat. We had turkey, ham, apple crisp, pumpkin dump, pumpkin pie, mashed potatos, ect. ect. ect. It was delicious!!! My family is very big but we had enough to eat. I love the thrills we have on thanks giving
     I also went to my grandmas. It was awesome. We walked around town, visited all my family, and went shopping... We went to a feew of my old friends houses too... It was fun!!!
    Then we went back home to go to my other grandmas house. That's where we ate, visited with family and friends, and played around. We had a blast!! It was so fun!!!!!!!! I love traveling around visiting my family!!!!!!
     We always have a great time on Thanksgiving. We had a blast!!! I think this Thanksgiving was the best!!! Do you love Thanksgiving? I know I do!!! I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL' NEXT THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!

The most important concept i want children to learn is arithmetic sequence. I'm the only person on my team so it was very simple to make a decision. My role in this is to build, design, and plan the game. I had to look up games, information, ect. about this topic. The people playin the game will have to pick an animal, road, and the answers. It hasn't changed at all since I started planning the game. The videos, coding, ect. on flash were very helpful because I learned how to do everything my teacher showed me how to do all this. The curriculum topic that has been the hardest would be animals in shelters. I overcame it by putting animals and people in it.

We come together on the day
To celebrate the people who were sent away
People who fought were very brave
Till’ this day our flag still waves

It was very sad
When they said good bye to dad
They called upon young adults
Even when some people gave them insults

Some of them died

As daddy comes back

Planning your game

      My team is called "I Love Animals". The reason I got the job I got is because I'm the only person in my club. I'm looking forward to doing this because I won't have any one to argue with about what we're doing. I don't have to worry about any problems in collaborative work.

Imagining your game

      My mini game is very simple. I want it to have animals and people in it. The people are goin to chase the animals. You will be an animal. If the catch you, then another animal or person will have to save you. It may or may not be difficult. It will also be very helpful for people to learn aboout this subject.
    My second mini game will be about arithmetic sequence. It is easy to figure out once you start learning it. But if you don't know any thing about it, it will be hard to figure out. I will give a little hint if you need it. You will have to throw a baseball at a glove. If you miss The glove that means you got the problem wrong, but if you hit the glove your right.

First scene of flash game

             The first scene of my flash game has a cute puppy. It is sitting in a shelter. No one will adopt it so it might be put to sleep. The first scene is easy to understand. it will be awesome!

My mini game

In this game  the carrot. when you do this you you have to stay away from the pizza and the wolf. If you don't you loose a point. You have to eat  the carrot. if you eat the carrot you gain a point.Your the bunny.

Why I have a pasion about my social issue!

      I am pasionate about my social issue because I love animals. If you think this is crazy think again. Animals won't harm you unless you harm them. These two animal once had a nice home but now are in a shelter. These animals are so cute. If someone wouldn't have adopted them they would have been put to sleep. The second picture is an over crowded animal shelter. The older dog had all these puppies and the people that work there won't give them a bigger space to be in. They look like they are maybe sick or just sad. The last picture is a shelter in Santa Barbara. It is way to crowded. That's really sad. Alot of people are giving up hopeless animals for no real reason other than they can't affored them anymore. That is no place for a good, sweet, nice, calm animal to be. Animals have rights too! Playing to learn

     I thought the game drift runners was the worst game that i played. The reason being is it really didn't tell you what the social issue or math consept was. But it was fun too. I thought if they wanted it to be about phisics the should of put a little more phisics in it.. The best game I played was tempest in cresent city. It really told us about that and what happened .

Some people would do this but you really shouldn't, because there are quite a few of bad people who would take this information and use it for anything you would not think they you wouldn't want them to use it for. They can search for your house on the web, call you even if you don't know who it is. These things can be very harmful to you or your family. My math concept and social issue!!!!!!

        My social issue that I would like to do for globaloria is "Homeless animals in a shelter" because I love animals. Another reason is I think animals, expecially animals that are good pets, should not be in a place where sometimes animals are put to sleep. Which is really sad! The math concept I chose is arithmetic sequence, because alot of people I know have trouble with this. Even know some people try to help them they still can't figure it out. I think it wiill be great in a game because more children will learn about these things easier if it is in a fun game. Mostly because children think games are really fun. I hope they think this of my game!!
